On October 14th 2010, A&P Group officially signed a business management consulting contract with Mr. INOTANI TAKAHIDE - CEO of VIT consulting firm from Japan. This contract is in the company leaders’ plan targeted at A&P support, consultancy and reorganization towards a production and construction materials trading corporation in the top 10 of Vietnam.

On November 24th 2010, A&P Group officially signed a law consulting contract with the Ha Tran Law Firm Ltd. This contract is in the company leaders’ plan targeted at A&P support, consultancy and reorganization towards a production and construction materials trading corporation in the top 10 of Vietnam.

A&P Construction, Chemical JSC Chairman of the Board will participate in business delegation accompanying the Vice President Mrs. Nguyen Thi Doan visiting Germany and attending Irene Natividad Global Women Summit in Athens - Greece from May 26th to June 3rd 2012.

On the morning of June 19th, A&P company executive board has taken place an intimate meeting with journalists on the occasion of Vietnam Revolutionary Press June 21st at the company's head office.

A&P Construction, Concrete JSC General Director Mrs. Pham Thi Lan Anh has attended the program "Truong Son, Citadel – Return day" (launched by the People's Army newspaper during 3 days from July 18th to July 20th 2012) towards the 65th anniversary of War Invalids – Martyrs’ Day July 27th (1947-2012). This program aims to pay tribute to heroic martyrs, showing Vietnamese people traditional "while drinking water, think of its source".

   On August 7th 2012, Concrete Joint Stock Company, A&P has donated 1.500 tons of Mova dry mortar worth 2.000.000.000 VND (two billion dong) for Spratly soldiers, DK1 rig house at Naval Command (Hai Phong city). Naval Command leaders, A&P Concrete and Construction Joint Stock Company leadership and representatives from media agencies are all attending the ceremony.

A&P Construction, Concrete Joint Stock Company officially celebrated A&P Bac Ninh Industrial Combination inauguration with a total investment of 55 billion.

On September 27th, A&P Mong Duong Concrete Factory has exceeded the set target 5 hours when pouring 2.400 m3 of concrete for II Mong Duong Coal Thermal Power plant at Cam Pha town, Quang Ninh province in 15 hours (requirement by investors is 20 hours).

From October 1st 2012, A&P Group will "launch" an online sales website: www.homebeton.vn or www.mova.vn. At these two websites, customers can search for information and place an online order for all A&P products and services such as A&P commercial concrete, building mortar, pointing, decorative mortar, tile fixing adhesive and joint grout, H&K building services... All information about the customer's request will be updated 24/24h and processed in the latest possible time.

 The contest is valid from October 1st 2012 to January 31st 2013 for all registered company officers and employees. There will be 2 winner trophies for the best A&P Home Beton seller and the best Mova dry mortar seller.

   On October 19th 2012, A&P Group has opened the first sales executive training. There are 10 students selected from excellent candidates and the course lasts more than 1 month.

From November 24th to November 28th 2012, A&P Group will exhibit and introduce products at No. 487, 490, 491 pavilion, Zone D, Vietnam exhibition center in Real Estate Expo - Vietbuild 2012 construction materials and construction interior and exterior decoration.

On the morning of November 24th 2012, A&P Group’s Mova color 30PC completed color mortar and Mova 7.5 PD decor powder have received VTOPBUILD 2012 product quality Gold Medal whereas Mova dry mortar brand has received VTOPBUILD 2012 product quality gold Cup at Real Estate Expo - Vietbuild 2012 construction materials and construction interior and exterior decoration (Vietnam exhibition center)

Along with concrete, A&P Group also offers pump services for C&T Sam Sung Cooperation. Package information was announced on December 5th 2012 in Hanoi. Accordingly, A&P Group wins the 4th SEV Component Project bid. This project was implemented at I Yen Phong Industrial Zone, Bac Ninh province. It is expected that the amount of concrete supplied is approximately 41.200 m3 from December 2012 to July 2013. Thus, each day A&P Group will supply approximately 1000 m3 of concrete on average.

On December 12th 2012, a cooperation memorandum signing ceremony between the A & P Group and Toyo Thai Corporation has been taken place in Bangkok, Thailand.

Despite economic fluctuations, especially major difficulty in the field of real estate in 2012, A&P Group has achieved many good results thanks to the right directions of  leadership, combination of officials and staves.

This major contract was signed between A&P Concrete, Construction Joint Stock Company and No.1 Irrigation Construction Joint Stock Company on January 2nd 2013.
