Despite economic fluctuations, especially major difficulty in the field of real estate in 2012, A&P Group has achieved many good results thanks to the right directions of  leadership, combination of officials and staves.

1. Revenue increased by 90%
 Concrete sale turnover increased by 105%, Mova dry mortar increased by 25% compared to the same period last year. Many large projects use A&P products such as Doosan Vina building No.2 Mong Duong Coal Thermal Power Plant, Quang Ninh province (300.000m3); Samsung building, No.1 Yen Phong Industrial Zone, Bac Ninh province, Yen So Park , Times City ....
Thanks to fast growth, A&P Group constantly develops. Until now, the Group continuously expanded its dimension and has 150 officers and staves with total income of 8.2 million VND / person (up 18%) and.
 



2. Media room was founded
To meet our customers’ information needs, particularly in the context of difficult economy, purse tightening customers and tougher product selection, A&P Group has established Media Room on the beginning of July 2012. Since then, brand positioning has completed and A&P has ended the situation that everyone don’t know much about products despite high quality products. Accordingly, all information about products, services were fully informed on the mass media so that customers can have information to choice. At the same time, all customer feedbacks are also collected and classified to move to different apartments for better customer service. Media promoting also contribute to building a strong brand and A&P culture, evoking the spirit of A&P to take A&P Group reached Top 10 most respected Building materials business in the right direction of the Board.



3. Give 1500 tons of Mova dry mortar to build Truong Sa
The dry mortar with total value 2.000.000.000 (two billion VND) was used in building DK1 rig house. A&P expects to join hands with many other businesses to become a bridge between people and Truong Sa island where suffer the most difficulty of the Fatherland.
Along with this activity, 2012 was also a grateful year when A&P performed a series of sponsor events, gifts support for policy family, disable people, orphans such as visiting and giving gifts at Con Dao, thanking journey to Dong Loc cemetery, Truong Son, 9 Route; giving gifts at Mia temple... A&P donated 1.500 tons of Mova dry mortar for Spratly islands.
 


4. A&P Bac Ninh Industrial Combination inauguration (Tien Son Industrial Zone - Bac Ninh Province)
A&P Bac Ninh Industrial Combination (Tien Son Industrial Zone - Bac Ninh Province) was inaugurated in August with a total investment of 55 billion VND and using all A&P products and services.
Concrete mixer station system of A&P - Bac Ninh Concrete factory is a green and environment-friendly chain, using dust reduction devices (mounted on concrete silos), disposing of pH in the water (multi-level waste water system), reusing superfluous concrete ... Office systems, housing, support facilities and green tree areas are built clean and beautifully.
This is a specific evidence showing that A&P Group commits to sustainable development journey. A&P Group has always considered that sustainable development is one of three development pillars: Economy - Environment - Society "in our business strategy with charity expenses of 120 million VND.


5. Launch new products Movacolor 30PC, MovaDeco7.5
The launch of these two products in July is to show our social responsibility for each product. Movacolor 30PC mortar color is a high-grade type but it has low cost, only half compared to traditional paint materials; therefore, it is particularly suitable for small-scale construction, houses, rural areas and social houses. This is a demonstration of A&P positive response to the Government's policy in contributing to lowering the cost of social houses, meeting the needs of low-income people and turning around real estate market with high-quality construction. Simultaneously, A&P shows that they sell not only their products but also what the market needs.
Promptly, on May 11th 2012, these two products received quality Gold Medal and product quality Gold Cup at 2012 Vietbuild.

Along with two awards, Mova dry mortar also won the title of prestige products in Southeast Asia this year at Bangkok, Thailand, basing on the votes of consumers after the evaluation of reputable experts.


6. Online sales opening
On October 2012, A&P Group has put online sales on website: www.homebeton.vn or www.mova.vn into operation. At these two websites, customers can search for information and place an online order for all A&P products and services such as A&P commercial concrete, building mortar, pointing, decorative mortar, tile adhesive and joint grout, H&K building services... All information about the customer's request will be updated 24/24h and processed in the latest possible time.

7. Achieving ISO for quality management and environment
 With the State regulations and international standards of quality, safety and environmental issues, A&P has been certified: 9001: 2008 ISO International Standard - Quality Management Standard; 14001 ISO International Standard - environment quality management Standard on November 2012.
The certification achievement and appropriate application helped A&P perform sustainable development tasks. This is the first step to continue to achieve: 18000 OHSAS - Health Management and Safety System, 26000 ISO – business Social Responsibility.


8. Trade Board Operation under the new model
Since the early December, company leaders have established new model of Trade Board which has been directly under the Commercial Director management. Since then, the salesman can sell all Mova concrete products. Provisions were also more decentralized for departmental leaders by increasing power and responsibility, creating autonomy for departments as well as encouraging self-reliance spirit.
On this occasion, commerce department has been added more salesmen, making commercial department force the most numerous as ever. After selection, staves are trained in basic skills about products and sales. This course aims to help trainees increase “Confidence in themselves – Trust in products - Proud of the company "and especially improve and enhance sales skills to become good company sales executives.
 

9. A&P Group becomes strategic partners of Samsung Group
Along with accepted bid providing 41.200 m3 of concrete for the 4th SEV Component Project package, recently C&T Samsung has given invitation for A&P to become a strategic and long-term partner. Samsung has been a traditional customer of A&P Group for many years. A&P Group concrete quality has been always trusted by this leading cooperation; therefore, our products are believed to use in many different buildings. This event once again confirms A&P Group capacity and service quality in construction materials manufacturing and supply. Since then, A&P will have more opportunities to participate in major projects that this world's leading Electronics Group implements.

10. Concrete factory establishment in Lao Cai province
With the accepted bid providing 50.000m3 of concrete for Toyo Thai Corporation to build No.2 DAP Vinachem chemical plant in Tang Loong Industrial Zone, Lao Cai and to meet concrete building demand in Lao Cai, A&P has issued Decision on establishing Lao Cai project construction team this December.
This is an important event showing that A&P Group concrete quality has conquered the largest contractors not only in Vietnam but also in the region and worldwide. Simultaneously, this also confirmed A&P strong rebound in the time when economic difficulties pushed many businesses into "hibernation" or bankruptcy.
